Golden Shield Resources Inc. has ceased negotiations for the acquisition of Tucano Gold Inc., redirecting its focus to the development of its primary asset, the Marudi Mountain gold project in Guyana. The Marudi property, spanning 5,457 hectares, boasts a high-grade gold camp with extensive diamond drilling already completed, and multiple sites earmarked for further exploration.
