Golden Share Resources Corporation has revised its option agreement with Delta Resources Limited, setting a fixed minimum share price for Delta’s issuance to Golden Share as part of the Band-Ore property deal. The agreement includes structured cash and security payments from Delta to Golden Share, with the latter retaining a 2% Net Smelter Return Royalty on the property located in Ontario.
