Golden Share Resources Corporation and Lipari Diamond Mines Ltd. have received conditional approval to list their common shares on the Cboe Canada stock exchange, following a reverse takeover transaction to form a new diamond-producing company. This merger will create a company with assets in Brazil, Angola, and Canada, and is set to commence trading in early 2025.
