Golden Rim Resources Ltd has successfully issued 114,484,957 new shares to Barbet L.L.C FZ, raising a total of US$950,000, as part of a placement previously announced. The company, with a focus on its Kada Gold Project in Guinea, is aiming to expand its mineral resource estimates while considering the divestment of other projects, including the Kouri Gold Project in Burkina Faso and the Paguanta Copper and Silver-Lead-Zinc Project in Chile. Additionally, they have an agreement with Teck Chile on the Loreto Copper Project, allowing Teck Chile to acquire up to a 75% interest.
