Golden Resources Development International Limited has announced a final ordinary dividend of HKD 0.012 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2024. The payment date is set for 20 September 2024, with shareholders’ approval obtained on 28 August 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 03 September 2024 to be eligible for the dividend.
