Golden Pursuit Resources Ltd. has successfully completed the initial tranche of its private placement, raising a total of $435,000 through the issuance of flow-through and non-flow-through units. The funds will support Canadian exploration expenses and general corporate purposes, with no finder’s fees paid. A significant insider participation was noted, with the placement still awaiting final Exchange approval and all securities issued subject to a four-month hold period.
