Golden Ponder’s New Share Subscription Raises HK$129.2M

Golden Ponder Holdings Limited (HK:1783) has released an update.

Golden Ponder Holdings Limited has announced a new share subscription agreement, with 21,553,000 shares being issued to CMB International Global Products Limited and Victoria Sight Capital Limited. The subscription, under a General Mandate, is expected to raise approximately HK$129.2 million, which will be used for the EcoPark Project, RMAA works, and general working capital. The deal is conditional on Stock Exchange approval and may not proceed if conditions are not met.
