Golden Minerals Company has finalized a deal to sell its wholly-owned subsidiary, Silex Argentina S.A., which owns the El Quevar silver project, to Butte Energy Inc. for a total cash consideration of $3.5 million. The agreement includes an upfront non-refundable deposit and additional payments before and upon closing, which is subject to regulatory approvals and scheduled on or before October 31, 2024.
