Golden Lake Exploration Inc. has announced a private placement aiming to raise $750,000 through the sale of 15 million units at $0.05 each, with proceeds intended to further develop its Jewel Ridge gold property and for general capital needs. Each unit includes a share and a warrant, which can be exercised at $0.07 per share over the next 24 months. The financing is subject to a four-month hold period under Canadian securities laws.
