Golden Lake Exploration Inc. has successfully completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, raising $791,750 through the issuance of over 15 million units to fund the advancement of their Jewel Ridge property in Nevada and for general working capital. Each unit sold consists of a share and a warrant, with the warrants exercisable at $0.07 per share over the next 36 months.
