Golden Faith Group Holdings Limited has provided additional details on its Share Option Scheme, revealing that as of 30 September 2023, 22,352,100 shares were available for grant, with 23,310,000 shares already granted during the fiscal year, amounting to 3.5% of the weighted average number of shares issued. The total number of shares available for issue under the scheme has reached 50,332,100, which is approximately 7.5% of the company’s issued shares.
