Golden Faith Group Holdings Limited has announced the sale of Cornwall Contracting Company Limited to Cheung Ho Electric Co., Limited for a maximum of HK$6,100,000. The disposal of the entire issued share capital is a discloseable transaction, requiring reporting under Hong Kong’s Listing Rules. Following the completion of the sale, Golden Faith Group will no longer have any interest in the disposed company, which specializes in E&M engineering works.
