Golden Cariboo Resources reported new drilling results from its Quesnelle Gold Quartz Mine property in British Columbia, highlighted by hole QGQ25-27 intersecting 0.89 grams per tonne gold over 70.65 metres from near surface in the Halo zone. A second hole, QGQ25-26, returned shorter lower-grade intervals between the Main and Halo zones, while a follow-up hole, QGQ25-28, is underway to test the northwest extension of the Halo zone.
Management says the long near-surface mineralized intercept supports the scale and continuity of gold mineralization emerging in the Halo zone and contributes to a growing dataset for a planned mineral resource estimate. The drilling program uses modern QA/QC protocols and independent laboratory analysis, including PhotonAssay to better capture coarse gold, underscoring a methodical approach to defining a potentially significant gold system at the project for investors and local stakeholders.
