Golden Arrow Resources Corporation has successfully completed its announced non-brokered private placement, raising a total of $894,500 through the issuance of over 17 million units. Each unit, priced at $0.05, includes a common share and a warrant, which allows the holder to purchase an additional share at $0.10 within three years. The funds raised will support general working capital needs and exploration activities on the company’s properties in Argentina.
