Gold79 Mines Ltd. has announced the approval of its 1-for-10 share consolidation by the TSX Venture Exchange, set to take effect as markets open on April 22, 2024. This strategic move is aimed at improving the company’s share structure to better support its exploration objectives and financing needs. The consolidation will see the total shares reduced to approximately 19,129,857 with adjustments made for fractional shares, intending to maintain each shareholder’s proportional ownership.
