Gold Springs Resource Corp. successfully conducted its 2024 Annual Shareholders Meeting, where all proposed resolutions were approved, and five directors were elected, including new member Philippe Jouard of CELAH Capital. The company, highlighting its focus on expanding gold and silver resources at its Gold Springs project, reaffirmed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as its auditors.
