Gold Royalty Corp. Closes Multi-Million Offering

TPT Global Tech (TPTW) has released an update.

Gold Royalty Corp. successfully closed its public offering on May 31, 2024, raising $34.5 million through the sale of over 20 million units, which included shares and warrants. The offering, executed on a bought deal basis, will finance a part of the company’s proposed acquisition of a copper stream in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Company insiders participated in the offering, purchasing approximately 4% of the units without necessitating formal valuation or minority shareholder approval.
