Gold Royalty Corp Acquires Vares Copper Stream

Gold Royalty Corp. has finalized the acquisition of a copper stream on the Vares Silver Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina, an addition expected to bolster its free cash flow growth from 2024 onwards. The $50 million transaction included a $45 million cash payment and over 2.9 million common shares, complementing Gold Royalty’s portfolio of long-life, low-cost mining projects. The deal also involved an amendment to the company’s credit agreement, enhancing its credit facility by $5 million to support the acquisition.
