Gold Reserve Inc. has announced the successful closure of its private placement book by Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, with expected gross proceeds of US$15 million from the sale of Class A common shares at US$3.50 each. The offering is scheduled to close on June 7, 2024, pending formal documentation and required regulatory approvals, including that of the TSX Venture Exchange.
