Gold Reserve Inc. updated on the Delaware proceedings, revealing a possible delay in the sales process for PDV Holdings due to a stay motion by Venezuela and PDVSA. The delay could push back the approval of a bid and subsequent sale hearing initially scheduled for November 2024.
