Gold Reserve Inc., now Gold Reserve Ltd., has successfully completed its transition from Alberta to Bermuda, changing its corporate structure and identity. The company’s common shares will start trading on the TSX Venture Exchange with a new CUSIP number on or about October 7, 2024, signaling a fresh start for the mining entity under Bermuda’s jurisdiction.
