Stratabound Minerals ( (TSE:LOD) ) has shared an update.

Gold Orogen has outlined its 2026 exploration program for the Golden Culvert and WIN projects in Yukon, following a 2025 season that refined targets along a 27 km mineralized trend using SQUIDT airborne geophysics and AI-assisted modeling. The company plans additional sampling and drilling on three reduced intrusion-related gold system targets—Border, Steelhead and Stingray—and two orogenic targets, Spine and Golden Dragon, based on coincident geophysical and geochemical anomalies.

Border on the WIN claim block is the top-priority drill target, where sheeted quartz veins over a roughly 2 km by 300 m area host grab samples grading up to 8.5 g/t gold and show strong hornfels alteration with elevated arsenic, tellurium and bismuth. Spine and Stingray, both newly sampled areas near Golden Culvert, returned lower gold grades but exhibit stacked or sheeted quartz veining, sulphide mineralization and elevated bismuth-tellurium signatures that support their classification within the company’s RIRGS and orogenic exploration models.

The integration of highly sensitive SQUIDT magnetic data with geochemistry and VRIFY’s AI targeting has helped rank these prospects, with Border and Spine scoring strongly in model-driven targeting exercises. This data-driven approach is intended to sharpen drilling priorities and could materially influence Gold Orogen’s chances of making a significant gold discovery in Yukon, with potential implications for the valuation of its early-stage asset portfolio.
