Gold Mountain Mining Corp. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, which were initially due by June 30, 2025. The company had anticipated completing the filings by July 30, 2025, but now expects to finalize them by August 13, 2025. This delay has resulted in a management cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission. Gold Mountain is actively working with its auditor to resolve the issue and will continue to provide updates in compliance with National Policy 12-203.
