Gold Mountain Limited ( (AU:GMN) ) has shared an announcement.
Gold Mountain Limited has reported further high-grade rare earth mineralisation at the Capivara Prospect within its Down Under Project in Brazil, with assays confirming thick, shallow zones rich in total rare earth oxides and a strong proportion of magnet rare earth oxides. The company says mineralisation commonly starts at or near surface, remains open at depth and displays characteristics typical of ionic adsorption clay systems, underpinning plans for resource definition diamond drilling.
The current auger program has mainly tested only the upper saprolitic horizon due to limited penetration and duricrust, and geochemical indicators suggest more prospective saprolite-hosted mineralisation may extend deeper. Metallurgical test work at ANSTO and ongoing environmental permitting for follow-up drilling are seen as key steps toward defining the scale, grade distribution and processing behaviour of the Down Under Project, potentially enhancing Gold Mountain’s strategic position in the rare earths sector.
The most recent analyst rating on (AU:GMN) stock is a Hold with a A$0.10 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Gold Mountain Limited stock, see the AU:GMN Stock Forecast page.
