Gold Hunter Resources Inc. has announced plans to distribute shares of FireFly Metals Ltd. to its shareholders, retaining a portion to cover costs, with the distribution contingent on court approval. Shareholders are set to receive either a proportional share of the 25,092,886 FireFly Shares or a cash alternative post court approval. The official record date for eligible shareholders will be declared following a court hearing scheduled for April 24th, 2024.
