Gold Fields Limited announces the appointment of Ms. Shannon Leigh McCrae and Ms. Zarina Bibi Mahomed Bassa as Non-Executive Directors, with Ms. Bassa also joining the Audit Committee, effective from 2 August 2024. Ms. McCrae brings over 25 years of experience in the resource industry, while Ms. Bassa is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with extensive leadership roles in finance and regulatory boards.
