Gold Digger Resources Inc. is set to expand its mining portfolio with the acquisition of Premium Uranium Corporation, which will make PURC’s promising uranium prospects in Botswana a part of Gold Digger. The acquisition, expected to close by October 31, 2024, will see Arnold Brand as a new board member and COO, bringing his extensive experience in mining and finance to the venture.
