Golar LNG to Distribute Dividend Amid Regulatory Changes

Golar LNG (GLNG) has released an update.

Golar LNG Limited has announced a dividend of $0.25 per share for its shareholders, to be paid on or around December 2, 2024. Investors holding shares registered in Norway’s central securities depository will receive their dividends slightly later, due to regulatory changes. The record date for shareholders to be eligible for the dividend is November 25, 2024.
