GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. has announced significant executive changes, with Mr. Eduardo Guardiano Leme Gotilla being elected as the new Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations Officer. Gotilla will also join the company’s Financial Policies Committee, Risk Committee, and Accounting, Tax, and Financial Statements Policies Subcommittee, taking over responsibilities on June 3, 2024. These changes come after the resignation of the previous vice president, Mr. Mario Tsuwei Liao.
