GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA ( (GOLLQ) ) has shared an update.

On February 26, 2025, GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. announced its filing of Form 15F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to deregister its preferred shares and American Depositary Shares under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This move follows the suspension and removal of GOL’s ADSs from the New York Stock Exchange after its Chapter 11 filing. Despite this, GOL will maintain its registration as a publicly-held company in Brazil and continue trading on the São Paulo Stock Exchange under the ticker ‘GOLL4’. The company will also continue to meet Brazilian disclosure requirements and publish its reports and results.
