The Goh family, consisting of Mr. Goh Ching Wah, Mr. Goh Ching Lai, and Mr. Goh Ching Huat, have made a voluntary unconditional cash offer to acquire all the issued and paid-up ordinary shares of Ossia International Limited, excluding those they already hold. The offer announcement, originally made on June 12, 2024, has now been followed by the electronic dissemination of the offer document and its related instructions to shareholders. In line with regulatory guidance, no printed copies of the document will be provided.
