GoFintech Innovation Limited has announced the successful placement of 273,776,000 new shares, raising around HK$246.40 million in gross proceeds, with net proceeds of about HK$243.90 million. The funds raised are intended for the expansion and operation of the company’s existing businesses, investments in its equity investment business, developments in financial technology, and general working capital. The placement, completed on July 24, 2024, did not result in any single investor becoming a substantial shareholder.
