Godolphin Resources Limited has successfully issued over 22 million new shares and attaching options following their recent Entitlement and Top-Up Offer, which will begin trading on the ASX on June 12, 2024. The issuance, which complied with the necessary legal provisions and did not affect the company’s control, allows Godolphin to continue focusing on its exploration and development of critical minerals in the Lachlan Fold Belt in NSW.
