Godolphin Resources Limited has announced a change in the holdings of Director Jeneta Owens, who has acquired 352,844 ordinary shares and an equal number of GRLO Options, with the cash issue price set at A$0.03 per share. Following this transaction, Owens now holds a total of 617,063 shares and 4,419,266 options in the company. The change is connected to the company’s recent Entitlement Offer and Top-Up Offer detailed in their Entitlement Offer Booklet from May 2024.
