In a recent update from Godolphin Resources Limited, Director Jeremy Read has increased his stake in the company, acquiring an additional 333,333 ordinary shares and the same number of listed options, under the terms of the Entitlement Offer and Top-Up Offer detailed in the company’s Entitlement Offer Booklet dated May 3, 2024. This transaction, conducted at a cash issue price of A$0.03 per share, has raised Read’s total holdings to 1,633,333 shares and maintained his 2,333,333 options, with the new options expiring on November 30, 2026. No securities were disposed of in this change of director’s interest.
