GOAT Industries Ltd. has announced an update on its second tranche of a private placement aiming to issue up to 10 million units, potentially exceeding the number of its securities prior to the placement. Each unit, priced at CDN$0.095, includes a share and a two-year warrant, with the second tranche now expected to close by July 31, 2024, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval. The funds raised will be allocated to the company’s general working capital needs.
