GMV Minerals Inc. successfully completed a private placement, raising $406,000 by issuing over 2.7 million units at $0.15 each, which includes a common share and a purchase warrant. The funds will primarily fuel the exploration of the Mexican Hat gold property in Arizona and the Daisy Creek Lithium project. The company aims to enhance the Mexican Hat property’s gold potential, building on a substantial inferred mineral resource.
