GLP J-REIT, managed by GLP Japan Advisors Inc., has updated its Asset Management Guideline following new ITAJ rules, deleting notes related to distribution policy to better respond to market conditions and optimize unitholder value. The amendment, effective from October 15, 2024, does not alter the REIT’s operating or dividend forecast.
