GLP J-REIT Raises Earnings and Distribution Forecasts

GLP J-REIT (JP:3281) has released an update.

GLP J-REIT has revised its earnings and distributions forecast upward for the fiscal periods ending August 2024 and February 2025, following a profitable sale of assets. The updated forecasts show a significant increase in operating revenue, operating income, and distributions per unit compared to previous estimates. This adjustment reflects a more than 5% increase in expected distributions for both periods.
