Glow LifeTech Corp. has completed a $1.2 million private placement through the sale of 40 million units to support general working capital and administrative expenses. The units, priced at $0.03 each, include a common share and a purchase warrant, with the latter enabling holders to buy additional shares at $0.05 for eighteen months. Nova Capital, a significant shareholder, has increased its stake in the company as a result of this offering.
