Glow LifeTech Corp. has encountered a delay in filing its annual financial statements due to its auditor’s inability to continue public company audits amidst a professional misconduct investigation. The Ontario Securities Commission has denied the company’s request for a management cease trade order and is expected to issue a general cease trade order by April 29, 2024. Despite this setback, Glow LifeTech does not anticipate operational disruptions and expects to resolve the issue shortly after the required documents are filed.
