Glory Sun Land Group Limited has announced the successful passing of a resolution at their Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) where shareholders approved an amendment to a sale and purchase agreement and related financial assistance. The resolution, which relates to the acquisition of equity interest in Shantou Taisheng Technology Limited and was passed almost unanimously, also grants authority to the directors to finalize related matters. All six directors attended the EGM, and the poll was scrutinized by Tricor Investor Services Limited.
