Glory Sun Land Group Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on September 20, 2024, in Hong Kong, for shareholders to approve a second supplemental agreement related to a past acquisition deal. The EGM will also cover the provision of financial assistance related to the agreement and authorize Directors to take necessary actions to implement the agreement. Shareholders will have the option to vote in person or appoint a proxy to attend the meeting.
