Globus Maritime Limited, a prominent dry bulk shipping company, has announced the successful election of Mr. Jeffrey O. Parry and Ms. Christina Tampourea as Class II directors. In addition, Ernst & Young (Hellas) has been appointed as the company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year 2024. These decisions were reached during the annual shareholders meeting held in Glyfada, Greece.
