Hudson will remain with the company, taking on the role of Regional Advisor in Malawi, focusing on government relations and community initiatives linked to the firm’s mining and refinery operations. Smith’s prior achievements include an Optimisation Study at Kanyika and expanding the company’s presence in European capital markets.
