Globaltrans Investment PLC announced the postponement of their extraordinary general meeting of shareholders due to a lack of quorum, with only 41.8% representation against the required 50%. The meeting has been rescheduled for October 7, 2024, in Abu Dhabi, retaining the original agenda and documents. The adjournment follows the depository bank’s failure to collect votes from GDR holders, which the company attributes to financial infrastructure limitations.
