Globaltrans Investment PLC has announced resolutions from its Board of Directors meeting, which include the authorization of the cancellation of its GDRs on the London, Moscow, and SPB Exchanges, and the approval for listing and trading on the Astana International Exchange. Additionally, they plan to hold an extraordinary general meeting on 30 September 2024 to discuss and potentially approve a buyback of GDRs at a set price, among other related matters.
