GlobalFoundries Inc. announces the appointment of Camilla Languille as a new member of the company’s board of directors, replacing Ahmed Saeed Al Calily. Languille, who also serves as Co-Deputy CEO of Mubadala Investment Company, will be part of the People and Compensation Committee and Strategy and Technology Committee, with her term set until the 2025 annual general meeting. Her compensation aligns with the standard for non-employee directors at GlobalFoundries.
