At the recent Annual General Meeting, GLOBALFOUNDRIES Inc. shareholders showed strong support, electing three Class III directors with an overwhelming majority and ratifying the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as their independent public accounting firm for the upcoming fiscal year. The newly elected directors, Ahmed Yahia, Elissa Murphy, and Dr. Bobby Yerramilli-Rao, are set to serve a three-year term, reflecting shareholder confidence in their leadership.
