GlobalData ( (GB:DATA) ) has issued an update.
GlobalData Plc has launched a new share buyback programme of up to £10 million to return surplus capital to investors and reduce its share capital, with all repurchased ordinary shares to be cancelled. The programme is scheduled to run from 31 March 2026 until before the publication of the company’s interim results, operating within shareholder authorities granted at the 2025 AGM and subject to renewal at the 2026 AGM.

GlobalData has mandated Investec Bank plc to conduct the buybacks on a non-discretionary basis and will provide ongoing regulatory disclosures as purchases are made, signalling continued capital management discipline for shareholders.
